User’s Agreement.

RINGKZ.COM allows you to access certain live and recorded sports content, sports stories transmitted over the Internet, on certain Internet-compatible TVs, computers and other devices.

This Agreement governs your use of the information content and the content of the RINGKZ.COM and determine your agreement with it.

By registering on theRINGKZ.COM You confirm that you will comply with this Agreement, including any changes to them or the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Cancellation rights.

RINGKZ.COM reserves the right to terminate your agreement with us (or any part of it) at any time.

If we cancel your agreement with us (or any part of it) after you have paid for the Services, we will notify you as early as is practically possible.

In any case, RINGKZ.COM reserves the right to immediately suspend or limit your use of all or any part of the Services and / or content without refund or compensation to you if:

- You are violating this Agreement. In case of minor violations, you will be given the opportunity to correct the situation, which you will need to carry out within 7 days;

- we suspect or believe that you have committed or may be committing any actions against us through your use of the RINGKZ.COM Services or content, such as copying video streams to another website, or copying RINGKZ.COM content;

3. Support service.

To get moreinformation about our Service and its features, or if you need help with your account, please contact our customer support service by email. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and information provided by our customer support service, this Agreement shall prevail.

4. Transfer of Rights.

The agreement between us is personal to you and no third party is entitled to it. You agree that we may transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement to any company, firm or person, provided that such transfer will not reduce the Service. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone else.
